**The remote does not close/work**
The remote does not close/work. I called customer service requesting a replacement. I have been waiting all day for a call back from Charla in customer service who had to speak with her supervisor. Not happy. $60 for a remote that does not close or work.

**Your service was great.**
Your service was great. I thought my remote needed replaced but it’s a wiring problem unfortunately. My son checked the wire and some of the black wiring was cracked where the pole goes into base. So I guess it’s time to give Stella up. I’ve had her for 10 years. You have a great product.

**Great customer service rep helped**
Great customer service rep helped solve the problem with my Stella floor lamp not turning on. She suggested I try a new remote control and my lamp is working again. Thank you!
